How to be a better and happier person:  Many times it is the little things and little changes that can make the biggest positive difference in a life. Try a few of the following and see if you feel more comfortable with yourself and more at peace:

            *Several times each day ask yourself, “What is the most loving
              action I could do right now?”
 
            *Gossip only about the good you see in others.
 
            *Give only sincere compliments.
 
            *Smile at people you haven’t met as you pass them by.
 
            *When under stress, stop and put things into perspective.
 
            *Consciously look for beauty around you this week.
 
            *Point out something of wonder to a child. (or adult)
 
            *Consciously forgive the ignorance and thoughtlessness
              of others.
 
            *Do an act of kindness that no one else sees.
 
            *Allow yourself to experience silence.
