I realized, once again, how much we humans fall into the trap of overdoing stuff to the point of chaos. And right now I need--no, I crave: silence, simplicity, mindfulness, nature, and peace.
Do you ever wonder why so many of us keep constantly busy,
or on the move, or are continuously distracted by multple stimuli? Multi-tasking isn't just a fad; for many it is a way of life. What are we so afraid would happen if we were to reduce the clutter, chaos, and noises of our lives? What if we simply stopped--and gave ourselves permission and time:
---to be quiet
---to pray
---to be silently aware
---to breathe
---to reflect
---to appreciate
---to observe without judgement
---to accept
---to just be...
